As we begin the new year, we are encouraged to eat healthy and somewhat atone for the excesses of the holiday season. For the first 2017 edition of #CelebratebyTishSitka, Celebrate! New Beginnings mean clear, fresh, flavours, minimum carbohydrates but yet no compromise on the taste.
Sitka, Eatinghouse + Winebar is a casual, yet unpretentious, fun and modern setting for the enjoyment of an updated menu. Their dishes coalesce the best of South East Asian cuisine, enhanced by elements of global cuisine. Taiwanese baos stuffed with twice cooked duck, Vietnamese rolls with lobster and torched ginger, Chinese dumplings, roast fish with Malaysian sambal exist side by side on our menu. Mix and match is the order of the day, and all dishes are designed for sharing. We source locally wherever possible, to maintain the integrity of appearance and flavor.
The wine bar also offers a choice of 300 labels diversity to rival that of a retail store. Now a dining experience at Sitka can be complemented by a glass of favourite wine, at prices which are comparable to retail. This holds true to our vision of wine being for everyone not merely the privileged few.
Tish Events is a creative design studio dedicated to personalised event design + planning along with creative workshops focusing on flowers, stationery and bomboniere. By working with a team of passionate designers, florists and event managers; and partnering with only the best vendors, #teamtish strives to break boundaries, showcasing your personality in your event whilst catering to your whims and needs.
